- Details you share with us — your name, phone number, email, wedding date, city/venue, and any notes you send through our enquiry form, WhatsApp, or email.
- Event media — photos and videos we capture at your functions as part of the service you book.
- Basic usage data — standard information your browser sends when visiting the site (such as device type and pages viewed), used only to keep the site working well.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, share quotes, and plan and deliver your coverage.
- To contact you about your booking before, during, and after your event.
- With your permission, to feature selected reels or photos from your wedding on our own Instagram (@candiddulhan) and website as portfolio work.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with our own team members working on your event, and with service tools we use to run the business (for example, WhatsApp for communication). We may disclose information if required by law.
Using your wedding media
We love showcasing our work, but your comfort comes first. If you would prefer that we do not post any content from your wedding publicly, just tell us in writing (email or WhatsApp) and we will keep it private.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to provide the service and for our records. You may ask us to delete your personal details at any time by emailing us.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for public use of your media, by contacting candiddulhan@gmail.com.
Third-party links
Our site embeds and links to Instagram. Once you open Instagram, their own privacy policy applies.
