Refund & Cancellation Policy

• A 50% non-refundable advance is required to secure your booking and reserve your event date.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid before wedding/event coverage begins.
• Payments are non-transferable and tied to the confirmed event dates.
• Any services outside the agreed package are treated as add-ons and billed separately.

• Cancellation 30+ days before the event → 50% of the advance is refunded.
• Cancellation 15–30 days before the event → No refund of advance; the remaining balance will not be charged.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the event → The full package amount is chargeable.

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, Candid Dulhan will issue a 100% refund of all payments made, or reschedule your coverage to a mutually agreed date (with your consent).

Date changes are subject to our availability. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a rescheduled date; if we are unavailable on the new date, the standard cancellation terms above will apply.

Deliverables (number of reels, raw footage, highlights, and social media support) are as per your selected package. Raw footage is typically shared within 24–48 hours and edited reels within 5–10 days depending on the package. Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. venue restrictions, force majeure) do not qualify for a refund.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
