These terms apply when you book wedding coverage services with Candid Dulhan. By confirming a booking, you agree to the points below.
Our services
We provide live social-media wedding coverage — Instagram stories during your functions, behind-the-scenes moments, and edited reels. We work alongside your photographer and videographer and do not replace them. Deliverables depend on the package you choose.
Bookings & payment
- A booking is confirmed once dates are agreed and any advance payment is received.
- Package prices are shared on enquiry. Travel is included as stated in your package. Multi-function days, destination weddings, or unusual schedules are quoted separately.
- Any balance is payable as agreed at the time of booking.
Delivery
Same-day highlight reels are shared during or shortly after the event, and your full reel set is delivered within seven days of your last function, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing. Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (see below).
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details, venue access, and a point of contact on the day.
- Ensure our team can move safely and work near the functions we are covering.
Use of content
Unless you opt out in writing, we may use selected content from your wedding to promote our services. You receive your delivered reels for personal use and sharing.
Circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or limitations caused by events outside our control, such as weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, network issues, illness, or force majeure. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to still deliver your coverage.
